Firstly, we want to Congratulate our Customer and Friend Kriton Lentoudis for an outstanding first season in the Pro-Am Championship in ELMS. Over the 6 rounds he shared his APR run Oreca LMP2 car with Alex Quinn and Richard Bradley, at the start of 2024 Kriton had no expectation of anything other than learning the tracks. After a few trips to the podium it came down to the last lap of the final event in Portimao where unfortunately they were pipped to the Championship due to needing to save fuel. What a fantastic start to Kriton’s ELMS journey to finish the year as Vice Champion.
Peugeot 9X8 – A rocky year for our Partners at Peugeot in WEC, but what a finale coming away from Bahrain with a Podium finish. Congratulations to our Friends at Satory, good luck with your Winter testing.
Finally, to our Junior Driver Alfie Briggs – His first year in a Race Car started in LMP3, then he progressed to our LMP2 Honda HPD. He was then invited to race with Yutaka Toriba in his BR01. At the final round in Mugello Alfie secured his first ever Championship in cars, beating ex-team mate Jack Fabby by 9 points. Alfie is now busy acquainting himself with more modern equipment testing with APR in their Oreca LMP2 Car
